Dedagroup, Deda Sphere’s parent company, has opened its new North American headquarters in New York and named a dedicated leadership team for the region. Dedagroup has served U.S. clients for more than ten years from offices in Birmingham, Alabama and Memphis, Tennessee, and this move expands that presence.
Financial Services is one of the three pillars of Dedagroup’s North America operations, and Deda Sphere leads it. Under Marcello De Angelis, Deda Sphere serves more than 150 U.S. credit unions representing over $20 billion in combined assets. It offers core-agnostic digital banking, digital onboarding, account opening, compliance and lending solutions, along with the i-POWER® and NewSolutions core platforms.
The new headquarters brings Dedagroup closer to its clients and partners. It also supports continued investment in AI-driven solutions built for the needs of American credit unions.
