Our Journey
Deda is a subsidiary of Lillo S.P.A., Italian based holding company owned by the Podini family. Lillo holding equivalent to $4.5B and over 12K employees. Deda is the information technology sector.
Deda Sphere is the organization’s financial technology branch in the U.S. With more than 50 years of experience serving credit unions, the organization delivers both robust core processing solutions such as NewSolutions and i-POWER® and a full suite of digital banking products, including online and mobile banking, designed to meet the diverse needs of institutions of all sizes.

VisiFI is formed through the expertise of three proven industry innovators – Dedagroup, EPL, and Intech – into one company vision that unites technology, people and processes with intelligent solutions that elevate the performance of financial institutions to operate efficiently, attract new customers and encourage member loyalty.
2015
EPL is acquired by Dedagroup NA, the North American subsidiary of Italian software and IT services company Dedagroup.
2009
Dedagroup continued its growth path: Dedamex, the group’s first foreign branch, was established in Mexico. In the same year, Dexit, which specializes in desktop management solutions, also joined the group.
2008
The Dedagroup brand was born. A federation of diverse and synergic skills, which would be at the heart of the aggregation hub concept. The new business plan was launched: growth and expansion through the merger of new entities

Innovative Technology Inc (Intech, Inc) was founded in Nebraska.
1977
EPL was founded in Alabama by industry leaders.
